Steel cord wire break detector is an on-line and non-contact detector for wire rope ,which is developed for wire rope manufacturing enterprises.Currently,we have successfully developed the defect detectors suitable for steel wire rope with a diameter of 15mm and below With the product,defects llke wire missing, wire broken,bad twist,wire abnormal and other disadvantages would be effectively detected in the wire rope production process.

Steel Cord Wire Break Detector Model: ZR2010P-FL-TX-7; Machine No.: 35#; Specification: 7*7*22HT 1. After installation, when the polarity sensitivity parameter (P/N) is set within the range of 8-15, it alarms frequently. Some alarms are caused by bad twisting or wire break, but sometimes, there’s no obvious defect could be found. 2. Setting P/N to 15-20, the device will trigger an alarm for defects such as wire break and sever uneven twisting. 3. Setting P/N to 20-30 leads to stable detections for wire break. Sensitivity worsens beyond 30. 4. Based on the data, a setting of 15-30 is optimal for the on-site production of 7*7*22HT, max 30, meeting production needs. |
