Steel Cord Defect Detector
Product introduction: The cord detection series of products was launched by our company in 2010. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, these products achieve online non-contact detection. They have a simple structure, are easy to install, have a strong ability to resist electromagnetic interference, and provide higher detection sensitivity. They can detect quality defects such as missing wires, broken wires, core issues, and uneven twisting. The detectors are suitable for various specifications of steel cord and offer high developability.
Steel Cord Defect Detector for
Out-In Machine
The recessed line detection series is a product launched by our company in 2018, which is suitable for online non-contact detection of recessed line models in steel cord manufacturers. This product adopts the mode of internal power collection and storage, as well as internal sensor and external instrument wireless transmission, to achieve reliable steel cord quality defect detection in the closed environment of take-in equipment. When the steel cord experiences quality problems such as breakage or tangential issues, the detector will immediately sound an alarm and send a signal through the instrument to control the winding machine to stop.
Wire Defect Detector
The Wire Defect Detector was launched by the company in 2019. According to the principle of electromagnetic detection, it performs online detection of steel wire defects. When the steel wire material is uniform and there are no defects, the magnetic field of the steel wire is consistent. If the steel wire material mutates or produces internal and external defects, it will lead to changes in the magnetic field. By adjusting the sensitive parameter settings of the Tianren sensor, various surface and internal defects can be detected to different degrees.
Wire Rope Defect Detector
Product introduction: Steel wire rope broken wire detection series products are launched by the company in 2018, is a product for online detection of steel wire defects through electromagnetic detection. When the steel wire material is uniform and without defects, the magnetic field of the steel wire is consistent, but if the steel wire material changes, or internal and external defects occur, the magnetic field will change. With the TR sensor, a variety of surface and internal defects can be detected.
Galvanization Thickness Tester
Product introduction: The galvanized measurement testing product is one of the products launched by the company in 2021. The galvanized measurement tester is usually installed in the hot dip galvanized water cooling process, and its use is required to cooperate with the industrial control system. By comparing the standard steel wire with the steel wire in production in real time, the sensor can determine whether the zinc content on the steel wire in actual production is higher or lower than the standard steel wire and the degree of deviation. Then, a deviation value is obtained through internal data processing and uploaded to the industrial control system. Finally, the industrial control system adjusts the given nitrogen pressure to realize the closed-loop control of zinc content on the wire.
Open-Loop Tension Controller
Product introduction: The tension control product is the company launched in 2013, the tension controller can control the torque of the unwinding machine directly by controlling the damping of the tension actuator rotation, so as to control the scroll tension, to solve the problem of insufficient tension and instability. Closed-Loop Tension Controller
Product introduction: Torque controller product is the company launched in 2015 products, the use of electromagnetic principle design, with no power drive, energy saving and environmental protection, easy to adjust tension, tension control visualization, tension stability, maintenance cycle longer and other advantages. It can replace the original servo, magnetic powder, mechanical friction and other tension modes. It is mainly used for intermediate links such as core tension, core tension and outer core tension of winding equipment. If tension changes due to other reasons, tension sensor can be installed to detect tension data and feed back to the system to adjust and control the tension to meet the set requirements. The product consists of torque control instrument, torque control actuator, tension sensor, torque control mechanical component built-in tension control software system.
Non-Contact Meter Counter
Product introduction: The non-contact meter series of products is a significant product line that our company is about to launch in the market. This product uses electromagnetic meter control, and as the steel wire passes through the sensor during the production and operation process, it can be metered and controlled. This reduces the meter error caused by slip, wear, interference, and other factors associated with mechanical meters. With this product, the meter accuracy can be controlled within five thousandths.
