1.Product Introduction
This product is designed for online, non-contact inspection on internal take-up machines used by steel cord manufacturers. It utilizes power drawn from the machine itself and wireless transmission between internal sensors and an external instrument, enabling reliable detection of quality defects in steel cords within the enclosed environment of the internal take-up machine.
If quality issues such as wire break occur during the take-up process, the detector will immediately trigger an alarm and send a signal via the instrument to stop the machine.
