The sensor has two channels: one for standard wire reference,the other for real-time inspection.It supports the online or offline useof the standard wire. And the calibration data made with the wires canbe imported into the database for future retrieval. The real-timecollected detection data is calculated and converted into zinc coatingweight, based on which the control system implements closed-loopcontrol.
