1.Product Introduction
The product is designed based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, and it features no need for a driving power supply, environmental friendliness, easy tension adjustment, visual tension control, stable tension output, and a longer maintenance cycle.
It can replace traditional tension control methods, such as magnetic powder, mechanical clutch, and some applications with inverter、servo controller. The product can be used to control the core wire tension of internal take-up machines, stranding machines and wrapping machines.
Tension sensor is optional. When tension fluctuates due to some factors, with the real-time tension data feedback by tension sensor, the system can make timely adjustments and adjust the tension to the set value.
