Galvanization Thickness Detector

 Galvanization Thickness Detector is our company’s self-developed on-line quality detection product.It is usually installed after hot-dip galvanizing water cooling, and its using process needs to be coordinated with the industrial control system. By comparing the standard steel wire with the steel wire in production in real time, the sensor can know whether the zinc content on the actual production wire is higher or lower than that of the standard steel wire and the degree of deviation. Then a deviation value is obtained through internal data processing and uploaded to the industrial control system, and finally the industrial control system adjusts the given nitrogen pressure, so as to realize the closed-loop control of the zinc amount on the steel wire.
